How do I set up my NFC card?

Once you receive your NFC card, simply create your profile on OneTapProfile, and we'll link it to your card. No app needed — it works with any smartphone.

Can I change my profile URL?

Yes! Go to Dashboard → Profile and edit your slug. Your URL will update instantly.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click 'Upgrade'. You can pay securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Contact help@onetapprofile.in with your details.
