1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OneTapProfile ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OneTapProfile provides a digital profile platform that allows users to create, customize, and share professional profiles via NFC cards, QR codes, and direct links. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed annually. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). You may upgrade or switch plans at any time. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting help@onetapprofile.in.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or offensive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' experience. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on OneTapProfile are the property of OneTapProfile or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.
7. NFC Products
Physical NFC cards, metal cards, and QR stands are sold separately from software subscriptions. Once shipped, physical products are non-refundable unless defective. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
OneTapProfile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
